Cimorelli: What I like About You - Cover Review

I feel like I haven't done a cover review in what seems like forever, I know recently that the girls haven't been uploading covers but when they are uploaded I take some time to get a review up on them. I missed the Take Your Time cover review as that was over 4 weeks ago now so there is no point me reviewing that, unless you want me to. Also before I get into the post I want to ask you all something, should I change up my blog reviews? I feel like I am posting the same things about each cover that Cimorelli post? So lets get into it. Cimorelli covered 'What I Like About You' originally sung by The Romantics but these girls covered the version that was sung by 5 Seconds Of Summer on the Kids Choice Awards 2015. This sounded very similar to the original version, personally I could not see a difference.

Like in any cover the girls voices sounded incredible. One of my favourite parts was when Dani got one of the higher, longer nots. This allowed her to show her true talent with her voice. Being use to Lisa or Lauren singing those king of notes in covers it really took me by surprise but I think that she rocked it and it pulled the whole song together.

In the video the girls did mention that their tour was over and that they had taken time out to record the cover. This shows true dedication that these sisters had taken time from their, what I can imagine to be incredibly busy schedule to film a cover for their fans as they know they haven't had the time to film covers while being on tour.

What I really enjoyed was the original acoustic cover with Amy on the guitar! These covers always warm my heart and take me back to the previous covers. Many fans do take a little time to moan when they girls don't upload their acoustic or piano covers, but honestly no matter what they do I will be happy with because it is their choice to sing and record what and how they want!

Finally, Cimorelli looked like they while recording this cover as each sister really got into their music and never failed to smile when they where filming! I love seeing the sisters enjoy what they are doing! To watch Cimorellis cover of What I Like About You by 5SOS then watch the video below:
