On November 7th 2016 I went to the Cimorelli concert in London at the Brooklyn Bowl in The O2 Arena!! I also got the chance to meet them as I had VIP! This is my experience :)
When I first entered the venue and turned to the left I could see the girls in sound check and I think they were singing Fall Back and immediately I was singing along with a huge smile on my face, I was so happy to see them! After that song it was so awesome because we were then allowed to enter the stage area to hear the last couple of other songs from their sound check! I remember when I walked through the doors the power of the sound hit me as I heard the girls, it was so powerful and I just felt so pumped for the show! We were led to the side of the stage and I saw the girls all smiling and waving at all of us! I actually began to cry a little bit because I was so proud of them and I could see the big smiles on their faces whilst they waved to us, it so special :)
Next it was time for the meet and greet and I was so excited to meet them again! They are all so so lovely and friendly, they always have such a huge smile on their faces when they see you and give you a hug! I took selfies with all the girls and I said my name to them all and Katherine even recognised me which was so cool!! :)
Then I received my signed poster and head over to the stage area. I was so close to the front which was so awesome and I was so pumped for the show! When it began the lights lowered and the opening spoken piece was played in the venue, it's so powerful and I love how they introduce their shows like that! Then Hearts On Fire was the first song and you begin by hearing them build up the harmonies offstage (which sounds SO beautiful oh my gosh akskskks) and then they all came out onto the stage and I immediately began to sing along!! There was so much energy in the room and the girls sounded AMAZING! I couldn't believe I was actually there ahhh!!
They then performed the rest of their more up beat songs and then they began to sing songs like Acid Rain and Before October's Gone where we got to hear the stories behind the songs. I specifically remember when they performed Acid Rain the lights turned blue which really set the mood. They again sounded so good oh my gosh lskskwks
Then they sang songs like You're Worth It and Worth The Fight and Christina's speech was so powerful and inspiring. During those songs the girls came out to the crowd more to give people hugs and look them in the eyes and tell them they're worth it which is so special for fans. The girls care so much about their fans, the connection between the fans and the girls is so close and special.
Then to end the concert Renegade was performed and it was so energetic and powerful, everyone was singing out the words!
Then it was the end of the show and I was again blown away by how amazing the girls are, not only are they talented musicians, but they really want to make a positive difference in this world which I think is so amazing, I feel so proud to say that Cimorelli are my favourite band and are the people I look up to because they are just incredible human beings wanting to help as many people as they can.
It was such an amazing night and I can't wait to see them again soon!!! 💙💙
