Cimorelli In London

Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to see Cimorelli perform when they visited London in the UK. Although I had money saved for travel, VIP and also accommodation my best friends 18th birthday party came up on the same night so I had to give the concert a miss.

Only a week before Cimorelli arrived in London Lynne Cimorelli (Mom) sent me some of the information for when the girls would be arriving at Gatwick airport in London. With the money I had saved me and Emma (twitter) both decided that we would travel down to London to meet the girls at the airport. This is what happened.

The day started at 10.30pm on Thursday the 19th March when I had to leave to go over to Liverpool to get the 00.05am coach to London. I live around 250 miles from London so the whole journey was set to take around 6.5 hours as there where many other pick-up points along the way. This meant that I arrived in London at 6.15am on Friday the 20th March. Emma who I met on Twitter was set to get into London at 6.20am as her coach left Birmingham at 3am.

When my coach arrived into Birmingham for a pick-up stop and a toilet break I got of the coach to find Emma waiting to get on! I was so happy to see her as it meant I had someone to talk to and keep me company for the rest of the ride. Throughout the long journey we got to know each other and slept a little but, but not much it's kind of hard on a coach.

We arrived in London at 6.20am very tired and had an 1 hour 10 minutes break until our coach left to take us to Gatwick airport. We went to Costa for something to eat. Then at 7.30am we finally left to go to Gatwick airport. We knew that Cimorelli where due to arrive in the south terminal at 10.45am, luckily me and Emma arrived at Gatwick at 9.30am so we had a long time to wait which we spent panicking about what was going to happen, what we were going to say and so much more. I had never been so nervous in my life.

Ellie (Twitter) arrived at the airport around 10.30am and I was so happy to see her again after meeting her at DigiFest last year. The three of us then spent hours worrying about everything and anything as we knew the girls would be late because of security and collecting there bags. We then found their car driver who had a boring hand written sign with 'Cimorelli' on it, so we made friends with him.

Finally after a few hours of waiting Dani walked through the security doors and I panicked. She gave us a hug and then the rest followed after. All the girls where so kind and asked SO many questions! They knew my name from Twitter and seem so upset that I wasn't coming to the concert the next day! Christina remembered talking to me on Twitter and was so happy to see me and gave me so many high fives.

If it wasn't for Amy I would not of remembered to get the girls to sign my poster because she asked what was in my hand and also if it wasn't for Lisa I would have forgotten to take a photo because I had my camera open and she asked if I wanted a photo. Unfortunately because I was so overwhelmed I forgot to get a photo with Christina.
I also learnt from Kath that the way my name is spelt (Ashleigh) is the girls American way which is why no one in the UK can spell it when they have to. Time seemed to go by so fast and soon they where leaving to get the car back. When we all said goodbye we gave goodbye hugs Christina gave me a hug so hard I though I was going to pop because I started crying when I told them I couldn't see them in concert.

The experience was incredible and the sisters had the best personality ever like I remembered from last year. Me and Emma now had an hour to wait for hour coach to take us back to London Victoria coach station. On the long journey back we spent tweeting and DM'ing the girls who where so happy to take to us.

Christina was distraught that I missed a photo opportunity and wanted to meet up in London to get one but we realised that we where an half hour drive from each other. She thanked me for the gift and said she couldn't wait to meet me again. Katherine DM'ed me telling me how much she loved meeting me and remembered my name! Dani also RT'ed the photo of me and her which made me squeal.

When getting back to London Victoria we set to find a Greggs for Emma because she was hungry but we couldn't find one so we settled for Subway to eat on the coach. We then left London at 3pm and I was so sad to leave because I loved London and meeting the girls. Emma left me in Birmingham at 5.15pm. I was so sad to say goodbye to Emma because we had so much fun and got on so well.

I finally got home at 10.20pm so I had spent 24 hours out and around 16 hours of them travelling, which made my bum really numb. Overall the day was incredible and I want to thank the girls sooo much for taking the time to speak to us and get to know us a lot! I cannot wait for them to come back to the UK!

Cimorelli Tour - Show 6: Cologne Germany

I realise that I am a few weeks late with this post but I have not have the time to take it from my email and put it onto my blog! The lovely Lia wrote about her M&G experience in Cologne Germany when she met Cimorelli!

When I arrived in Cologne I went to the Live Music Hall where the Concert was. On my way to there I saw a Poster on a wall about the concert and started screaming. When I finally arrived the venue I ran with my friend to the line of people who were already there.

From there we had to wait like 2 hours. After 2 hours one man told us to go to another door where VIP can go in. So we were waiting at the other door for like 40 minutes. After that we went in and got our shirts and posters. Then we had to stand in one line for the Meet and Greet. I started crying and some CimFans came to me to hug me. No one else cried...

I was the 8th person who met them. First I went to Lisa, she asked me about my name and I gave her all presents for them than she hugged me and we took a selfie. Right after Lisa I went to Lauren, she also asked me about my name, and then we took our selfie. Then Katherine and yeah she also asked me about my name and then we took a selfie. After our selfie she said "you can give your phone our mom and she will take a group picture". Kath took my phone and gave it her mom to take the group picture. Christina went behind me and got her jacket because it got cold for her.

After the group picture Lynne gave me my phone back. I started crying again. I got to hug Christina now, the one who saved my life. First she asked me about my name than we hugged each other and I couldn't talk because I was crying so hard. While we were hugging I tried to talk and said "you saved my life" then she hugged me so tight and after the hug she said "I am so glad I could help you!" And we took our selfie. And Christina then said, please go in first line.

Next was Amy, she is really small by the way. We hugged and I took our selfie. When I got to hug Dani she was so happy that I came. We couldnt get signatures which was really sad. When we waited that everyone else got their pictures I took a selfie with Lynne and talked to her a few minutes. I thanked her for bringing this angels to life.

When everyone was finally done with taking selfies we went to the stage and I was in the first line.
We all sang with them and it was so magical. When they sang "You're Worth it" I held up my sign which I made for Christina "Christina you helped me to stay strong and to not kill myself" she came to me, sang for me, I cried even more because I cried so hard and she lowered her head. I was so happy she sang for me like 20 seconds. The CimFans next to me then hugged me because this was so amazing. After "You're Worth It" they sang "I got you", Christina came to me again and pointed at me again.

All in all this was such a magical, awesome evening.
I am still crying when I talk about all this.

I would like to thank Lia so much for writing about her experience! if you would like to follow Lia on Twitter then go check out her account (here).

Update

I know I haven't posted quite some time but trust me when I say I have been so busy I haven't even had time to turn on a computer. The last two weeks of Cimorellis Europe have been very hectic! It started with me planning to go the London to meet the girls at Gatwick airport when they arrived in London, this happened about a week before they arrived, from then on it was planning the travel as I was meeting another fan Emma. But I wont go into to much detail now.

The upcoming week to when Cimorelli where arriving in London I was planning gifts, getting times sorted and figuring out what I was going to wear. On top of all this I was completing homework, coursework and preparing for exams in college. Since Friday every single night I have been busy and had something to do.

Saturday I had my best friends 18th Party and spent the day with her and then getting ready to go out in the evening. The Sunday I spent in work (very tired may I say). Then on the Monday I was babysitting until 9pm, the Tuesday I was running my local Brownie group. Wednesday I was seeing my dad which I have barley done the past few weeks. Thursday I was up to my eyes in baking as there was a bake sale in College to raise money for Charity.

Of course through all this I was going coursework too so I have barley had any time for myself. Now its Friday and this CRAZY two weeks are over I now plan to get back up to date with my blog and add the last few tour posts onto the page.

Plan of action: as I do have a fair few blogs to write and post, I plan to get at least one posted each day but personally I would like to post one in the AM and one in the PM so you are getting two posts a day until there is enough to say I am up to date.

I really apologise for falling behind and I should be up to date for the future!

Cimorelli Tour - Show 5: Frankfurt, Germany

Liz was lucky enough to meet Cimorelli multiple times on their visit to Germany

So guys. This week was the best week ever! I actually was so excited for the concert and to meet them after 6 years of being a fan. I didn't think that things would turn out the way that they did. I didn't think it could have been any better.

So, my friends and I (Maria, Katha and Thommy) decided to go to the airport and hope that we would meet the girls. I didn't know when they would leave or when they would arrive so I asked Christina and luckily she replied. We knew the date but still not the time. Thanks to Dani tweeting when they had a layover in Madrid I could calculate when they would arrive and so we went to the airport and waited. We made a lot of signs saying: ‘Welcome Sunshines, Delaney Made It and stuff like that.’ We stayed there for an hour and met to other CimFam Members Lea and Lucia. After two hours holding our signs to stranger and making them smile I found out that we waited at the wrong place and we thought we missed them because Dani had already tweeted something.

We ran to the right place and saw the man, who was going to pick them up, standing there with a sign saying “Cimorelli” so they would recognize him. He told us that they weren't there yet and in that moment I saw Dani and the girls came. Katherine saw us first and smiled so bright and then we ran to them and Katherine was going fast too until I got my first hug by one of the Cimorelli’s. I hugged all of them and I was allowed to take picture with them and I was so happy and I was crying. It was just perfect. I also got a picture with Mom and Dad Cimorelli.

We didn’t have long with them, they had to leave after a few minutes but still I met them and it was awesome. Then I won a Meet & Greet with them in Subway. I was really excited to meet them again and a lot of other CimFam members too (Stefan, Mia, Janina, Nathalie, Nita). They first sung Pile It on, which was really cute. We had three large tables where two of them were going to sit. I sat right next to one of them. After half an hour they switched so we would have the possibility to talk to all of them. First on our table were Kath and Amy and Kath sat next to us. We talked a lot to her and she was super cute and nice and loving and it was super fun. She asked for all of our names and our Twitter @.

She talked about loving Schnitzel and that she had the best hot chocolate ever in Germany. After that we were allowed to take selfies with Kath and Amy and then they switched. When I saw Dani I ran to her and told her that I loved her and she asked where I sit so she went to sit next to us. Talking to Dani was so, so cool because she is super funny and a lot like me. She spoke with us about really random things and it was just nice. Lauren was sitting on our table as well but we didn't get to talk a lot to her. We filmed a few videos for some CimFam members and then we were allowed to take picture with Lauren and Dani. We wanted to have a hug picture with Dani so she asked Christina to take a picture of her and like she said her two German best friends “Maria and Michelle”.

After that we took a selfie with Lauren and then Christina and Lisa came to our table. Christina sat next to us this time and she was so, so nice! She showed us some demos of the I Like It, I'm A Mess and Before October’s Gone Studio Version. After that I gave her a letter and told her that I wrote down my story to her in it and she asked me to tell her now. I started crying and she was holding my hand through the whole thing and promised to sing ‘Good Enough’ to me at the concert because it describes my life story so well.

We took pictures with Christina and Lisa as well and then they sung “I Got You”. After that we were just allowed to take pictures and talk to them and I helped Lisa signing some poster by giving them to her and to the next person and so on. I talked to Christina , Dani and Kath a lot trough this hug and took like 100 pictures. I also hugged them all the time. I was really, really happy and when it was over they said they are excited to meet us at the concert.

The next day the girls were on the shopping mall I was too and so I could meet them again and it was super fun. I didn't think I’d meet the girls again so I was really happy. They were happy to see us and called us by our names. Almost the whole time Maria, Thommy and I were alone with the girls and we watched their interviews and them singing and then just walked around with them talking to them. Again we talked the most to Christina, Kath and Dani. We talked a lot to Lisa too. We were with them for like an hour and were allowed to take a super cute group selfie at the end.

Then a lot of people went over to them and we lost them. Then they had to leave and they were searching for us and waved goodbyes. As Christina saw us she came running to hug us while the others were already leaving. She took two more selfies with me and I was extremely happy. The next day was the concert and I got VIP Tickets. Sadly I was one of the last people and I didn’t get a group pic but the girls were happy to see all of us again and I’m happy all of the other people that only met them once got the chance to take a group picture. I could hug them and talk to them anyway.

The concert was extremely emotional I started crying in Easy To Forget me and Janina and I hugged each other all the time. When ‘Easy To Forget’ me came on I completely lost it and I almost broke down crying. Like Christina promised she came to me and sung the song while looking in my eyes. She started crying too and it was just really emotional. All of the girls sung to us and pointed at us and smiled at us and Christina even talked about a kind of insider we had with them on stage.

They said that this was their most emotional concert and Dani said it was her fav. All of them cried while Good Enough and in some other songs as well. After the concert almost all of them dmed me because we didn’t get a chance of saying goodbye but all in all it was the best week of my life. The girls are extremely down-to-earth and friendly and they totally act around their fans like they are their best friends. I will never stop loving them or believing in them.

This story was incredible and I hope that it gives you hope that even if you don't have m&g to a Cimorelli concert there is always the chance that you will meet them elsewhere! If you would like to write about your experience meeting the girls or seeing them perform then tweet me on twitter (click here). Don't forget to go and follow Liz on Twitter (click here).

Cimorelli: All My Friends Say - Music Video Review

Cimorelli have released their music video for All My Friends Say. Although this is not yet on their YouTube Vevo channel the video swept Twitter when one fan found the video and shared the link. This then spread like wild fire around the other fan accounts.
The video shows each of the sisters liking a different boy who they have invited to a house party. Each verse shows two different sisters like two boys that are around them but these boys don’t take any notice. Although the girls are heartbroken their four other sisters take it upon themselves to get their own back and standing up for their sisters.
The theme of the video links perfectly with the song which was no matter what happened between the couple the friends and family will always be there to stand up for them and pick them up while their down. Throughout the video you can see the relationship between each of the sister to be incredibly strong.
Although no one in the video is physically hurt each sister finds a funny way to torture the boy for letting their sisters down, such as pushing them in the pool, or taking their gaming controller away. It shows that you can get your own back without harming anyone in any way.
Throughout the song the girl is described as ‘crazy’ ‘emotional’ and ‘unstable’ by the boys friends which is why the boy tends to ignore one of the sisters. But no matter what I said or what happens the sisters are always going to be there for each other through thick and thin.
At the end of the video we see all the sisters having fun together with not a boy in sight. This shows that you can have fun without boys and not have to worry about what happens between you and a boy because no matter what there will always be someone there for you.
To watch the video for the All My Friends Say music video check the link below.

What did you think of the music video, let me know in the comments of tweet me on Twitter. I hope you enjoy the music video and never let a boy get to your head because friends are always there and you will always have a lot more fun with your friends than a boy who doesn’t even bother with you.

Cimorelli Tour - Show 2: Lisbon Portugal

Raquel, who is part of the CimFam kindly wrote about her experience meting Cimorelli in Braga, Portugal at their first show in Portugal!

I arrived there at 3.00pm I wanted to arrive early because I wanted to be one of the first to meet them. Their Dad passed by us and we just could not stop saying hello! When the doors opened at 4.00pm we were so excited but we had to wait for a few minutes, while we were waiting their Dad passed by us again and the same thing happened! When it was my turn to meet them, I was so nervous, but they made it pretty simple and they are so nice. After that the fans had to wait in a room, we didn't know for what but then they just came out for a Q&A.

While it was happening I saw their parents and I asked for a picture. There they sang Delaney and Party In The USA! I asked if they could describe their Portuguese fans with only one word and they said we were perfect (and Dani described us as "Portuguese"). We got a poster and a t-shirt from their merchandise. After that we went to the place where the concert was going to be, and my friends and I met a lot of cimfams. When the concert started I started crying until it end. Dani, Lisa and Kath cried to and they looked at me because I was also crying. At the end of You're Worth It we hold papers saying "Obrigada" that means "Thank you" in Portuguese!

That was my journey meeting Cimorelli, the best day of my life!

Cimorelli Tour - Show 1: Braga, Portugal

Ana, who is part of the CimFam kindly wrote about her experience meting Cimorelli in Braga, Portugal at their first show in Portugal!

So it was 3:40 pm when we got in the sound check and we waited for them for around 15 minutes, but they chose to tell us to go to the "room" because they had already done the sound check and they wanted to spend more time with us. We went to the "room" and we asked some question they are so funny. Especially Dani, she was always doing funny faces.

They talked multiple times about Portuguese food, then we lined up to meet them and they were all so sweet to everybody and were always smiling. They where so cute and Amy looked like a fairy! Dani is taller in real like and her hair is so beautiful! So it was my turn to meet them and I was so nervous, I first hugged Amy she's so short.

I gave them my poster to sign, I hugged Dani then Christina, she gave the best hug ever, seriously she hugged me so tight! Dani asked my name and then Lauren hugged me so tight too and said "HIIIII NICE TO MEET YOU ANA". She's so cute, then it was Kath and she was so sweet and tall too, she was always smiling to me! Then it was Lisa, she gives the best hugs too, I hugged her and then told her my username on twitter because sometimes I talk with her and she knew who I was going so I said " my username on twitter is snapbackli...". She didn't even let me finish, she yelled 'YASSS nice to meet you! Cool!' She is so nice!

Then they gave me my poster and I left, I was with my friends (mafalda and bia) and we started talking with Lynne, we said the girls mean so much to us and that they saved us and we're so proud. She hugged us and she was almost crying (like me). She's so nice seriously, then I took a selfie with her and they had to leave.

I asked Lauren for a quick selfie and then I said "I love you so much" and she said " MOREEE " with the biggest smile on her face, I tried to take a selfie with Lisa but there was lots of people trying to, so I walked to one of the sides of the sofa they had and I asked Kath for a selfie she said "yesss real quick" and then she gave me a real quick hug she's so nice, they left and so did we. We were just hanging out with some cimfans (there were PortugueseSpanish and Italian cimfans) and it was so nice to meet new people!!!

Then people that didn't have the m&g started entering and I met two internet friends! We lined up again and sat down in our seats and waited for the show to start. It was so incredible, they started with Made In America , it was so good and Lauren's Rap live was incredible! Then they sang many more songs but I'm going to tell you guys about the new songs because they got so emotional and so did we.

The songs are so beautiful, they all cried during Good Enough it was so hard so see them crying, but it wasn't the only one. They basically cried in every new song except Fall Back, then it was Wings, they sat down in front of us singing and Christina said "this song is for you guys" and I started crying SO HARD. Amy was right in front of me and during they song she told me like 3 times "don't cry!" She's so sweet.

Then they got up and held our hands, they all cried and sang for us, I literally couldn't ask for better idols. Then in You're Worth It, they held our hands and then Christina Cimorelli wiped my tears away. I told her "Thank you so much for saving me" and she held my hand and smiled. Lisa hugged me and my two friends Bia and Joana and she left us crying.

I miss them so much I don't know what else to say, they mean the world to me and that night was the best ever. They made us feel so good and Lauren said " I love you guys more than free wifi " she is so cute. I hope one day you all have the chance to meet them, and never give up because I never thought this would happen so fast I'm so proud of them.
